Return & Refund Policy

At Healthy Swaps, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a return or refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photo or video proof of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns are not accepted for items damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Orders that are still in transit or delayed by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds until delivery is confirmed.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you right away.
